AttendPro ("the App", "we", "our") is an employee attendance management application. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from users of the AttendPro mobile app and web portal, how we use it, and how it is protected.

Information We Collect

• Employee identity information: name, employee ID, phone number, and profile photo, used to identify you within your organization's attendance records.
• Attendance records: check-in/check-out timestamps, leave applications, overtime, and official work requests submitted through the app.
• Device and usage data: device identifiers, app version, and basic usage/log data used for app functionality, diagnostics, and update delivery.

AttendPro does not collect precise GPS location data. Biometric (fingerprint) data used for physical attendance is captured and matched directly on your organization's ZK biometric terminals, not by this mobile app.

How We Use Information

• To record and report employee attendance, leave, and overtime on behalf of your employer/organization.
• To authenticate you and secure access to your account.
• To send notifications relevant to your attendance, leave status, or app updates.
• To maintain and improve the reliability of the app.

Data Sharing

Information collected through AttendPro is visible only to your organization's administrators and is used solely for internal attendance and HR management. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Storage & Security

Attendance and employee data is stored on servers managed by your organization. Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are in place to protect this data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

Data Retention

Attendance and employment records are retained for as long as required for HR, payroll, and legal/compliance purposes by your organization.

Your Rights

You may contact your organization's administrator or the contact below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to your employer's record-keeping obligations.

Children's Privacy

AttendPro is intended for use by employees of registered organizations and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
